Precautions for Single-tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

To prolong its service life, it is recommended to place the equipment in a ventilated and dry place, and regularly clean the fan holes on the rear side of the generator. The four sides of the generator are equipped with ventilation holes to prevent airflow from being obstructed.
1. The cleaning tank must be filled with liquid before it can be powered on for operation. The water level height is>100mm (bottom vibration mode) and placed horizontally. The transducer is on the side, and the cleaning tank edge is 100mm. If the machine is started under air conditions, it will damage the machine.
When the temperature of the cleaning cylinder is normal temperature, do not directly inject high-temperature liquid into the cylinder, otherwise it may cause the transducer to loosen and affect the normal use of the machine.
If it is necessary to replace the cleaning fluid due to pollution, it is important not to directly inject low-temperature liquid into the high-temperature cylinder, which may cause the transducer to fall down. Together, the heater switch should be turned off to avoid damage due to the absence of liquid in the heater tank.
4. Regularly inspect the sensor and avoid causing it to become damp or collide, to avoid unnecessary losses. After using it, turn off the main power supply. After turning off the power supply, do not start from scratch immediately. The interval should be more than 1 minute.
